I am a software engineer who splits his time between London and Milan. I am an expert in Human Computer Interaction and have dedicated my career to exploring how new technologies can be used to enhance the user experience of interacting with technology.
I have had the privilege of working with a number of high-profile clients over the course of my career, including Pearson Education, GIGXR and Microsoft. I was invited by the Microsoft Mixed Reality team to their Redmond headquarters to work on the Hololens 2 in advance of its release. The objective was to have a launch application ready for demonstration at the Hololens 2 launch event at Mobile World Congress (2019). Prior to my work with the aforementioned companies, I spent one year consulting for a robotics and automation company. During this period, I developed the first robotic VR integration, which enabled users to fly a plane in VR while a robotic arm with a cockpit responded to joystick inputs. I have also filed numerous patents with Pearson Education for my work in augmented reality environments.
I love to explore and experience new cultures, am an adept snowboarder, an advanced scuba diver, an avid gamer and an animal lover. I also enjoys prototyping new ideas in my spare time. I have previously lectured on the MSc in Game Development at Brunel University, where I graduated with a BSc in Multimedia Technology.
